Is the presidential election really ever about two candidates?

Or is it a reflection of our “identity” – our “fingerprint” on democracy and citizenship?

So how is “identity” of self and of others formed and connected to democracy and citizenship?

Do we as citizens have the necessary critical skills to answer such questions?
